✅ 1. How to Cancel a Booking
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us through:

Cancellations are only valid when confirmed by our team.
✅ 2. Cancellation Charges
The cancellation charges depend on how many days before the tour start date the cancellation is made:

| Less than 7 days before tour | No refund |

Train/bus/flight ticket charges already paid are non-refundable unless refunded by the service provider.
✅ 3. Non-Refundable Situations
If the customer voluntarily leaves the tour midway
Missed transport due to personal delay
Denied travel due to incomplete documents
Force Majeure: Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
✅ 4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
Refund will be made via the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer)
A confirmation message will be sent once the refund is processed

For customized or private tours, cancellation terms may vary and will be informed at the time of booking.
