Welcome to Sai Dharsan Tours. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.
✅ 1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
A minimum advance payment (as specified per package) is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed before the tour start date.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash (receipts will be provided).
✅ 2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days before the tour will be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting booking charges).
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will not be refunded.
No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
✅ 3. Changes & Rescheduling
Tour dates can be rescheduled based on availability, with prior notice.
Changes in travel plans (route, dates, number of persons) must be communicated at least 5 days in advance.
Any price difference due to changes will be borne by the customer.
✅ 4. Inclusions & Exclusions
Please check your package itinerary for details of what’s included (travel, food, stay, darshan, etc.).
Entry tickets, pooja charges, porterage, personal expenses, and tips are not included unless specified.
✅ 5. Food & Accommodation
Homemade vegetarian food will be provided during group tours as per itinerary.
Hotel rooms will be arranged based on the type of package chosen (standard/deluxe).
Special requests for food or room type must be informed in advance.
✅ 6. Travel Services
We are an IRCTC-authorised partner and provide genuine train bookings.
Bus, train, or flight bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations by airlines, railways, or transport authorities.
✅ 7. Responsibilities & Conduct
Travelers are expected to maintain group discipline and follow the tour guide’s instructions.
Sai Dharsan Tours is not liable for any personal loss, theft, or accidents during the trip.
All travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, passport, or voter ID).
✅ 8. Health & Safety
Passengers with medical conditions must inform us in advance.
We take necessary precautions for senior citizens but recommend carrying regular medicines and basic medical kits.
In case of emergency, local help and medical care will be arranged.
✅ 9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for tour delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events.
✅ 10. Legal & Dispute
All legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of [Your City/Court Name].
